As a division of Senasys, STEMCO leads the way in manufacturing bulb and capillary thermostats, along with thermowells, by combining cutting-edge innovation with precise engineering to serve original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide. In 2013, Senasys acquired STEMCO and relocated the business from Tennessee to our facilities in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We partner with OEMs across a diverse range of industries, including food equipment, HVAC, pool & spa, and industrial sectors.
Since joining the Senasys family, we have elevated our standards by improving quality, reducing lead times, and introducing innovative designs. Many of our components are crafted in our in-house machine shop, where we provide custom solutions tailored to meet specific requirements. Additionally, in 2023, we integrated our own dull nickel plating services to further enhance quality and control.
Beyond supporting OEMs with liquid temperature control solutions, Senasys produces over a million products annually, encompassing more than 15 varieties. We proudly serve a wide array of industries, including food service, medical, industrial, HVAC, aerospace, railway, aquatic, electronics, and more. Our unwavering dedication to innovation and quality establishes us as a trusted partner across these diverse fields.

Our Story
Founded in 1999, Senasys has evolved from a modest team of three employees into a thriving company with over fifty dedicated professionals. Operating out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with two facilities making up over 60,000 sq ft, the majority of our parts are made in-house, ensuring tight control over quality and manufacturing processes. Additionally, we have several overseas partnerships to provide more capabilities and economical solutions to our customers.
Since our beginnings, we have continuously grown in both our product selection and our commitment to excellence. We currently have over a dozen product lines, including temperature & pressure switches, industrial controls, electric immersion heaters and machining capabilities.
