AHR EXPO CHICAGOBooth S10238, McCormick Place, January 22-24

Senasys, a leader in temperature control solutions, will showcase its latest innovations alongside divisions — Stemco Capillary Thermostats, Tempro Line Voltage Thermostats, and Stemco/Elmwood Snap Disc Thermostats — at the AHR Expo in Chicago, IL, from January 22nd to 24th. The spotlight will be on cutting-edge products designed specifically for the HVAC industry, on display at Booth S10238.

Highlighted Products Catering to HVAC Systems:

Stemco Capillary Thermostats:

  • Stemco Capillary Thermostats revolutionize temperature control in heating and cooling systems. Comprising a flexible capillary tube filled with a temperature-sensitive fluid, these thermostats sense the environment’s temperature. The capillary design allows for remote placement, providing versatility for various HVAC applications.

Tempro Line Voltage Thermostats:

  • Tempro designs and manufactures Thermostat Guards and Line Voltage Thermostats for controlling heaters, fans, air conditioners, and ventilation equipment. These weatherproof thermostats are crafted with the highest quality materials, including protective guards for tamper resistance.

Stemco/Elmwood Snap Disc Thermostats:

  • Stemco/Elmwood Snap Disc Thermostats play a crucial role in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry by regulating temperature in various heating and cooling systems. These thermostats employ a bimetallic disc that snaps at a predetermined temperature, causing a switch to open or close. This action controls the operation of heating or cooling equipment, ensuring that the desired temperature is maintained within a specified range.

Bulb & Capillary Thermostats

Original equipment manufacturers worldwide use thermostat switches designed and manufactured by STEMCO, a Division of Senasys. No matter which style or model you choose, all of the capillary thermostat switches operate using the same physics. A fluid is encapsulated in a metal and when the temperature changes the fluid either expands or contracts. This fluid change moves a diaphragm which is in touch with a snap action switch and either opens or closes a circuit.

Ambient Compensation

Our capillary thermostats can be ambient compensated to offset the differential in temperature which keeps our thermostat controls more accurate as it’s environment changes.

Custom Options

Capillary thermostat switches built by Senasys can also be built to customer specifications. This insures you get the exact control you want without paying for features you don’t need.
