The DEMCO listing allows the 358 series to be used in products requiring European approvals.
The SPDT switch action allows for break on temperature rise or temperature fall.
The 358 Series is available with optional ambient compensation to offset the impact on calibration caused by the thermostat body being installed in high ambient locations.
The 358 series close tolerances and narrow temperature differential make it ideal for commercial cooking equipment, Water Heaters and Dishwashers. The mounting bracket is available with standard hole centers of 1.75”, 1.312”, or 1.102″/28mm making it an easy replacement thermostat.

The Screwdriver adjustment model with its front connect terminals is perfect for warming ovens, deep fat fryers, and commercial water heaters .
The D-Shaft adjustable model allows for easy installation of a knob, making it ideal for application s such as convection ovens, charbroilers, dishwashers , grills, electric toasters and toaster oven.
D-shaft shown at 9 o’clock above. Turn shaft fully counterclockwise.
